At Titan Solutions we recognise a demand in the supply chain market for a single point of contact between customers and their carriers.

Leveraging our People, Processes, and Innovative Technology, we work with global clients on applying simple solutions to complex supply chain issues that equip them with the processes they need for future growth.

Our History

2011

Titan was established by Paul Collins with the initial goal of being a single point of contact between businesses and their shipping providers.

2012

We partnered with 3PL supply chain leaders to build our global network of carriers.

2013

Titan’s business model quickly gained traction within the market and we worked with our 100th client. In addition, we expanded into a 4PL service offering starting with our Warehouse Service Solutions.

2014

We launched a cloud-based multi-carrier Transport Management System (TMS) helping to better support our customers and grow our 4PL capabilities.

2015

We began to expand our global reach by opening our first distribution centre client in the US.

2016

Ever expanding our 4PL capacity, we invested in network analysis tools and training for our in-house analysts. Our services transformed beyond managing freight forwarding to include programs and technologies that transform the total end-to-end supply chain.

2017

2017 was a busy year for Titan. We achieved operating standard ISO 9001:2015 as well as, launching a new inventory optimisation and network design program to complement our current portfolio.

Furthering our expansion outside of traditional freight forwarding activity, we launched our Diagnostic Test Kitting, Fulfilment and Distribution program.

2018

We launched our integrated WMS, providing us with an end-to-end supply chain technology solution. This enabled us to work with clients all around the world on applying simple solutions to complex supply chain issues that equip their businesses with the processes they need for future growth.

2019

In 2019, Titan established a carrier network of over 250+ national and postal partners allowing our clients to ship and expand effortlessly into new markets.

Helping to further simplify our customer’s challenges, we launched a fully integrated eCommerce platform with all tracking information interfaced into one dashboard as well as pick, pack, and ship within 24 hours.

2020

Working towards ISO 13485 and ISO 25000.

2021

In 2021, we have an ambitious goal to add Spot Bid and Freight Shop as additional features to our TMS. Most importantly, we will celebrate 10 years in business!
